About The Program
CauseShirts.org operates as a preservation and redistribution program for unused event apparel.
These shirts were originally produced for community initiatives, awareness efforts, fun runs, observances, and related programs. Quantities were printed in good faith to support participation, visibility, and preparedness. In many cases, not all items were required on the day.
Rather than discard remaining materials, CauseShirts.org maintains them as physical records of events that occurred, were organized, and concluded as scheduled.
The program does not recreate events, alter original designs, or revise intent. Shirts are presented as they were produced, including dates, locations, sponsors, and production notes. Minor variations, misprints, and surplus runs are retained without correction.
While the originating causes were sincere, the accumulation of unused materials has, over time, revealed patterns that are difficult not to notice. CauseShirts.org documents these patterns without commentary.
Inventory is released gradually and without prioritization. Availability reflects original production decisions and subsequent storage conditions, not demand.
CauseShirts.org exists to provide continued utility to materials created for collective efforts, while acknowledging that not every cause requires every shirt.
Operation is ongoing.
Documentation is maintained.
